Job summary

Scandinavian Cosmetics seeks a Head of Customer Operations & Master Data to lead Customer Service, Order Management and Master Data teams across the Nordic region. You will drive smooth order flow, accurate master data, and a customer-centric operating model.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will coach leaders, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and implement scalable processes and new systems. You’ll champion continuous improvement, digital tools, and data-driven decisions to support

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Leadership experience within customer service, order management or operations.
• Experience leading teams through change and organisational development.
• Strong interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools.
• Good analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication in English; one Scandinavian language preferred.
