Scandinavian Cosmetics seeks a Head of Group Accounting to lead the Nordic accounting function, reporting to the Group CFO. You will drive financial reporting, governance, and statutory compliance across Nordic entities, while shaping a high-performing, development-focused finance team. You will lead consolidation, improve policies, and support strategic decisions with robust cash flow analysis and KPIs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience within accounting, financial reporting or group finance.
• Previous leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience from a multinational or Nordic group structure.
• Extensive knowledge of group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Solid IFRS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, liquidity management and balance sheet analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Fluent communication skills in English and preferably one Scandinavian language.

Responsabilités

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closing across Nordic entities.
• Overseeing group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensuring IFRS compliance and statutory reporting.
• Acting as main contact for external auditors and coordinating audits.
• Driving improvements in accounting policies, controls, and processes.
• Developing insights and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Leading and developing accounting teams across Nordics.
• Driving digitalisation and automation of finance processes.
