Job summary

NordicFeel Group AB, one of the Nordic region’s leading beauty e-commerce players, seeks a Category Manager to drive your category with suppliers and brands. You will negotiate, plan campaigns, and steer profitable growth in a fast-moving environment.

Based at NordicFeel Group’s Stockholm headquarters, this fixed-term role offers potential extension. You will work under the Head of Assortment with a team of four managers across skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in business-related field.
• At least three years in a similar Category Manager or commercial role.
• Experience from e-commerce and driving sales/profitability.
• Strong negotiation track record with suppliers/partners.
• Solid data analytics and KPI experience.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and campaigns.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the category with focus on sales, profitability and growth.
• Own the category assortment and continually enhance the offering.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers and brands.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing and marketing investments.
• Identify marketing opportunities and activation initiatives with suppliers.
• Plan campaigns, product launches and other sales-driving activities.
• Analyse sales, margins and category performance to spot opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to evolve the category.
• Collaborate with purchasing, pricing, sales and other teams.
