Job summary

Simployer is seeking a mid/senior level Integrations Engineer to build and maintain standard integrations that connect the platform to ATS, CRM, Payroll, and Time Reporting systems. You will extend the public API and help scale integrations while working with AI tools in daily development workflows.

You will collaborate with product teams across Absence, Compensation, and Core domains, as well as support onboarding and customer success teams to ensure robust, repeatable integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience across more than one tech stack and ability to go deep in required areas.
• Proven track record building and maintaining integrations (ATS, CRM, Payroll) and working with external systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and understanding reliability vs fragility in integrations.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and applying them in development workflows.
• Able to explain integration issues clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations that customers can set up themselves and trust to sync data across systems.
• Extend the public API and help grow the ecosystem around Simployer's data.
• Collaborate with other product teams and support onboarding for customers.
• Maintain and improve existing integration solutions, making them robust and scalable.
