Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Head of AI Transformation and Business Operations to drive the AI integration across the organization. You will own the transformation portfolio, redesign workflows, and ensure delivery within budgets, reporting to the CEO.

You will build AI-enabled workflows, demonstrate quantified benefits, and enable scalable adoption across marketing, experience, finance, and operations. This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-moving, AI-first company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business ops or transformation with measurable results.
• AI-enabled workflows across at least two functions with baseline and adoption.
• Strong proficiency with LLMs, agents, integrations, and automation.
• Commercial and systems judgment on workflow simplification and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI transformation agenda across the company.
• Lead cross-functional change and deliver measurable business results.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven workflows and baselines.
• Drive adoption and ownership across functions.
