Job summary

Supernormal Greens AB (publ) in Tibro, Sweden, is seeking an engineer to understand and optimize the post-harvest process from washing to packing, improving quality and stability of production. You will work closely with production, maintenance, quality and R&D, and influence equipment choices and ways of working.

You will join a team developing and commissioning the process, with ample testing and data-driven trials to drive better outcomes and learnings across the plant.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong data-driven approach to identify improvements.
• Clear communication in English for supplier and team.
• Structured, practical mindset and teamwork.
• Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the post-harvest process and identify capacity or yield improvements.
• Plan trials, analyze data, and validate performance gains.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to solve root causes.
• Support introduction of new equipment into production with FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Create lasting improvements with documentation and standard work.
• Share learnings and help train operators and maintenance teams.
