Supernormal Greens - Ljusgårda in Tibro, Sweden, is seeking an engineer to optimize our post-harvest process, from washing to packing. You’ll work hands-on with production, maintenance, quality and R&D to understand the process, diagnose capacity losses and implement practical improvements for stable production.

This full-time role offers on-site work with occasional remote flexibility, a collective bargaining agreement via Livsmedelsföretagen, and a wellness allowance.

Qualificações

• A relevant engineering degree or equivalent competence.
• A few years of technical experience close to industrial production.
• The ability to use data and trials to investigate problems and evaluate results.
• A structured, practical approach and the ability to move work forward together with colleagues.
• Good spoken and written English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Get to know the process, understand how each step works, where capacity or yield is lost, and what could run better.
• Plan trials, use data and check which changes actually improve performance.
• Work close to the equipment, collaborate with operators and technicians to solve problems and find root causes.
• Help bring new equipment into production, coordinate with suppliers on requirements and tests.
• Make improvements last by documenting procedures and maintenance needs for stable production.
• Share learnings by developing standard ways of working and supporting operator training.
