Job summary

KanEL in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to accelerate the company\'s AI-first expansion. You will own the growth engine, from strategy to execution, and turn 1,700 installed systems into compelling market stories.

You’ll work across demand, brand and partnerships, deciding when to DIY, when to use AI, and when to hire. This role requires hustle, practical pragmatism, and the ability to ship in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally high agency. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
• An operator as much as a strategist. You are comfortable doing the work yourself, especially at the start.
• Commercially sharp, and driven by visible impact.
• Broad enough across growth, brand and communications to connect the dots, and resourceful enough to learn or find help for the rest.
• Fearless. When something lands outside your experience, your instinct is to learn fast, find the right help, and get it solved.

Responsibilities

• The growth strategy and the operating rhythm behind it — what we try, what we measure, what we double down on.
• The demand engine: performance marketing, our website, and the channels that turn attention into qualified opportunities.
• Turning what we have already proven — customers, partners, 1,700 installed systems — into stories the market can actually see.
• Brand, positioning and messaging, and the go-to-market when we launch with a partner or enter a new country.
• Deciding when to do it yourself, when to use AI, when to buy in a specialist — and eventually, when to hire.
• Expect that list to change within your first six months.
