Job summary

Volvo Group invites you to join its Graduate Program in Köping, Sweden, starting with a 15-month rotation across home department and program activities. You will gain broad exposure through local and international rotations, short-term assignments and targeted training in operations, engineering and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree completed before the start of the program.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CAD and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive and participate in improvement projects within the machining production process.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Work with process optimization, production flow, quality, equipment and automation.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to complex production issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, logistics and other engineering functions.
• Participate in industrialization and technical development activities.
• Take ownership of defined assignments and follow improvements from analysis and concept to implementation and verified result.
• Contribute with new perspectives, methods and technologies to how we develop our production system.
• The scope and complexity of your assignments will grow as you develop in the role.
