Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed before start; no more than three years’ full-time relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and take international short-term assignments.
• Valid work or study permit for Sweden if not a citizen.
• Understand business, organizational design and dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive a more data-driven approach to future investments and priorities across Volvo CE’s portfolio.
• Translate needs into concrete content and priorities for portfolio planning and execution.
• Maintain alignments among technology, regions, finance and strategic leaders to balance existing processes with data insights.
• Communicate data-driven rationale to keep customer needs at the forefront.
