Job summary

Volvo Group is offering a Graduate Program in AI-enabled Production Engineering in Skövde, Sweden. The 15-month program blends department work with targeted program activities, including rotations locally and internationally, to develop end-to-end manufacturing expertise.

You will join the Process Team Cylinder Block in Skövde, contributing to production engineering, AI-driven troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. A permanent position starts from day one after program completion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 years of full-time relevant work experience
• Valid work or study permit for Sweden if not a citizen
• Willing to travel for international short-term assignments
• Relevant education with programming and AI
• Proficiency in English and Swedish
• Experience in data analysis, data science or predictive modeling
• Understanding of machining, milling and drilling

Responsibilities

• Standard production engineering work: cycle time measuring, writing control instructions etc.
• Explore opportunities for more efficient ways of performing different tasks within engineering.
• Help spread ways of working with AI
