Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master’s degree completed before start, within last 3 years
• Max 3 years full-time relevant experience
• Education in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Eng or related field
• CAD experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Valid work permit for Sweden if not citizen
• Willing to travel for international assignments

Aufgaben

• Drive and participate in improvement projects within the machining production process.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks and root causes, translate findings into practical improvements.
• Work with process optimization, production flow, quality, equipment and automation.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to complex production issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, logistics and other engineering functions.
• Participate in industrialization and technical development activities.
• Take ownership of defined assignments and follow improvements from analysis to implementation.
• Contribute with new perspectives, methods and technologies to production system development.
