Job summary

Volvo Group offers a 15-month Graduate Program in Supply Chain Development in Gothenburg, Sweden, blending departmental work with targeted program activities across operations, engineering and purchasing. It includes local and international rotations, hands-on challenges, and direct customer exposure to build a broad understanding of Volvo Group’s business and strategy.

The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, workshops and leadership through influence, with travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree completed within last 3 years.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and undertake international short-term assignments.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain, logistics, engineering or project management is required.
• Fluency in Swedish and Flemish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives across the Inbound/Outbound supply chain.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Practice leadership through influence, clarifying objectives and following up on commitments.
• Collaborate across Europe and contribute to end-to-end supply chain improvements.
• Support transformation initiatives and drive sustained performance.
