Job summary

Volvo Group offers a 15-month Graduate Program in Business Development & Digitalization Engineering in Gothenburg, Sweden. The program blends departmental work with targeted training, including rotations and cross-functional exposure to software-defined vehicles and digital services.

You will work in SP&E / Business & Strategy, contributing to strategy, technology, and customer value while developing leadership and communication skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed before start, not more than 3 years ago.
• Interest in commercial vehicles, transport solutions, software, data, AI or digital ecosystems.
• Experience applying engineering, digital or business knowledge through projects or internships.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support development of software-defined vehicles, digital services and transport solutions.
• Contribute to strategic analyses, early-phase initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations with customer value impact.
• Collaborate across global teams, including engineering and IT, and external partners.
