Job summary

Volvo Group Graduate Program in Eskilstuna, Sweden, starts August 2027 and offers a permanent position with international exposure. You will rotate across operations, engineering and purchasing, gaining broad experience and building a strong foundation for a career in Volvo CE.

You will engage with technology and leadership teams, apply data-driven decision making, and contribute to a transformative portfolio strategy from day one.

Qualifications

• Have completed a master’s degree prior to the start of the program but not more than three years ago.
• Should have relevant education in Industrial Management, Financial Engineering, Innovation Management, Product Development, Integrated Product Design or Data Science and AI (with business focus).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to travel and participate in international short-term assignments.
• Have a valid work or study permit for Sweden if not a citizen.
• Understand what drives a company, business acumen and organizational designs and dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive a data-driven approach to future investments and priorities across Volvo CE portfolio.
• Manage relationships with technology, regions, finance and strategic leaders to build alignment.
• Translate business needs into concrete content and priorities for the program.
• Balance established ways of portfolio management with data-driven change leadership.
