Proxify, Stockholm-based, seeks German-speaking graduates to start an international career in business development. Join the outbound team to grow Proxify’s presence in the DACH region and gain hands-on B2B sales experience.

We offer full-time or part-time options, a hybrid Stockholm office, and an international environment. Intake starts January 2027 or earlier, with mentorship as you build a foundation in tech and entrepreneurship across Europe.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or at the beginning of your professional career.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Ambitious, curious, and excited to develop new skills.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Comfortable taking initiative and stepping outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels.
• Learning how to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Building relationships with decision-makers across the DACH market.
• Collaborating with Account Executives and other commercial team members.
• Developing your communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Working toward clear goals and celebrating wins together with your team.
