Proxify AB is seeking a German-speaking graduate to join our outbound team and expand Proxify's presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will gain practical experience in B2B sales, relationship building, and the tech industry while learning from experienced colleagues.

As a recent graduate, you’ll contribute to outbound initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and work toward clear goals in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker; fluent English.
• Recent graduate or at the start of your career.
• Strong communication and learning mindset.

Responsabilités

• Connect with potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across the DACH region.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and other commercial teammates.
• Develop communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Work toward clear goals and celebrate team successes.
