Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Launch Project Manager to coordinate and execute product and marketing launches. You will work closely with MarCom, Product, Legal, external agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful launches.

In this execution-focused role, you will manage timelines, dependencies, budgets where applicable, and event logistics for on-site launch activities in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing project management, launch coordination, or communications project delivery.
• Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or corporate events.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Experience reporting project progress, risks, and escalations to senior management.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and supporting on-site event execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely decisions.
• Track external agency deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational challenges, and escalate critical issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate launch-event preparation, suppliers, schedules, and on-site activities.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project requirements.
