Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Launch Project Manager to coordinate and execute product and marketing launches. You will work closely with MarCom, Product, Legal, external agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful launches.

In this execution-focused role, you will manage timelines, dependencies, budgets where applicable, and event logistics for on-site launch activities in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing project management, launch coordination, or communications project delivery.
• Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or corporate events.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Experience reporting project progress, risks, and escalations to senior management.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and supporting on-site event execution.

About The Role

Aurora Engineering is looking for an experienced, hands-on Launch Project Manager to coordinate and execute an upcoming product or marketing launch. This is an execution-focused role where you will work closely with Marketing & Communications (MarCom), Product, Legal, external agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage launch timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely decisions.
• Agency Coordination: Track external agency deliverables, deadlines, approval workflows, and progress.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational challenges, and escalates critical issues.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Event Execution: Coordinate launch-event preparation, suppliers, schedules, and on-site activities.
• Delivery Tracking: Ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project requirements.
