Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Product Build Project Leader to oversee the delivery of physical vehicle test objects across the automotive development lifecycle.

You will own Quality, Delivery, and Cost for prototype and pre-production builds, coordinating engineering, logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, and verification teams to ensure timely handover and release of test vehicles and BoM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive prototype builds or vehicle testing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototype and pre-production vehicle builds from order to delivery.
• Develop and monitor build schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage BoM reviews and documentation.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions, build approvals and final vehicle release.
• Identify opportunities to improve build processes and delivery performance.
