Job summary

Air Liquide Sweden seeks a NCE Tender Specialist to coordinate tender responses across designated countries and local teams, supporting sales with offer preparation and proposal finalization while ensuring compliance with local procurement rules. You will lead go/no-go meetings, draft responses, and oversee bids from A to Z.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Business or Engineering.
• Experience in operational, international sales support and tendering processes.
• Fluent in English and another NCE language.
• Proficient with SAP, OneDrive, Google Mail and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-tender activities across country teams and organize Go/No-Go meetings.
• Lead tendering activities from A to Z and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales Team for commercial proposals and pricing.
• Supervise internal approval processes and post-tender activities.
