Job summary

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong English language proficiency for professional communication.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good technical writing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Providing global technical support for Surface Drilling equipment and systems, primarily through remote channels.
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues with global teams.
- Supporting technologies such as electrical systems, automation, battery-electric machines, and autonomous solutions.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including instructions, training materials, system descriptions, and guidance.
- Acting as a key link between Customer Centers, R&D, Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to product improvements, root-cause investigations, and quality initiatives to improve reliability and customer experience.
- Supporting training activities and sharing technical knowledge across the organization.
