You’ll be key in providing customer support, conducting technical trainings, and executing machine installations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering technical trainings.
• Ability to troubleshoot systematically.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of machinery, preferably heavy equipment.
• Experience in hydraulics, electrics, or machine work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct theoretical and practical technical trainings.
• Execute First-on-Market start-ups and machine installations.
• Contribute to product safety and continuous improvement.
• Participate in machine testing and evaluations.
• Create and maintain training material and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management.
