Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm seeks a Technical SEO Specialist to strengthen our technical foundations for global organic search. You will turn business priorities into impactful SEO and GEO initiatives, focusing on crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and structured data across markets.

You will work with Product managers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and measurable, contributing to scalable tests and innovations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dedicated SEO role, with hands-on technical SEO experience.
• Experience with XML Sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, migrations, internal linking, hreflang, JavaScript SEO, and structured data.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms and their SEO impact.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise CMS platforms would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimisation across all areas related to technical SEO.
• Identify and prioritise technical SEO improvements by audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Improve crawlability, indexation, site health, and user experience across global markets.
• Support redirects, migrations, and critical technical changes to protect organic performance.
• Lead or contribute to technical SEO tests, pilots, and scalable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure SEO alignment.
