H&M is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to join our Marketing Activation team. You will strengthen technical foundations, drive crawlability, indexation, page speed, and structured data across global e-commerce markets, working closely with product managers and developers to translate SEO insights into scalable outcomes.

You’ll contribute to audits, pilots, and innovative SEO initiatives while aligning with business value and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dedicated SEO role, with hands-on technical SEO experience.
• Experience with XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, migrations, internal linking, hreflang, JS SEO, and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimisation across all areas related to technical SEO.
• Identify and prioritise technical SEO improvements from audits and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Lead or contribute to technical SEO tests and scalable improvement initiatives across global markets.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
