Job summary

Univrses, a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company, seeks a Business Development Manager to own the growth engine. You will drive full-cycle BD strategy with a modern tech stack and shape how Univrses expands across Europe and beyond.

You will collaborate with an expert team, convert technical capabilities into ROI narratives, and represent the company at industry events, while traveling to new markets and managing complex deals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, ideally within SaaS, Deep Tech, or a high-growth startup.
• Consultative skills: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and lead negotiations.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient with modern sales automation and AI-driven prospecting tools.
• Willingness to travel: Field role across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle business development strategy using a modern stack.
• Manage the pipeline from market strategy to negotiations and closing.
• Act as a Technical Translator, turning 3DAI data into ROI narratives for stakeholders.
• Represent Univrses at events and build a global partner network.
• Identify new markets and help shape go-to-market strategy as we scale.
