Univrses, a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company, seeks a Customer Success Manager to advocate for clients and ensure Univrses' technology becomes essential in their operations. You will lead onboarding, coordinate hardware and software rollouts with deployment and support, advise on AI-driven insights, and expand our reach across Europe, traveling to international markets.

• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with scalable process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with contractors and clients through onboarding and ongoing success.
• Coordinate hardware and software rollouts with deployment and support teams.
• Advise clients on interpreting AI-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
• Serve as the single point of contact, driving resolutions with support and engineering.
• Communicate customer feedback to engineering/product to influence the roadmap.
• Identify upsell opportunities to fuel growth.
