Job summary

Electrolux Group in Stockholm awaits a Global Talent & Performance SME to own and evolve a key talent domain. You will design governance, frameworks, and systems alignment across markets, partnering with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape data-driven processes, drive change, and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization, leveraging external benchmarks and AI thinking to future-proof our talent capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of talent or performance management processes across global or multi-country contexts.
• Proven experience defining business or functional requirements for HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) or equivalent system design expertise.
• Strong track record delivering transformation projects while running ongoing process cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and reporting to guide decisions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix without formal authority.
• Deep expertise in at least one Talent & Performance domain with knowledge of external practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the global talent/process domain, including frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Govern application of processes across markets and evaluate exceptions.
• Define business requirements for HR platforms and validate configurations.
• Work directly within HR systems to understand capabilities before designing solutions.
• Use data to support design decisions and measure outcomes with domain KPIs.
