The Global Talent & Performance SME owns an assigned talent domain end-to-end and serves as the Group's subject matter expert, from design philosophy and governance to system requirements, adoption, and business impact.
As the process authority for your domain, you will design, govern, and continuously evolve a global talent process. You will be accountable for process outcomes and act as the highest level of subject matter expertise, in line with the HR Operating Model and the 2026-2029 HR Strategy. Execution is delivered through the Regional Talent Management CoE, the HR Business Partner community, and HR Operations. Your role is to equip, enable, and guide these stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

As the owner of your domain, you will shape how talent practices are designed, governed, adopted, and evolved across the organization. Your responsibilities span four key areas: process and systems expertise, business partnership, thought leadership, and transformation delivery.
This is a full-time position based in Electrolux Group's headquarters in Stockholm in the Stadshagen district of Kungsholmen.
