Job summary

You will join Scania’s PPL People & Culture community to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda for Production, Procurement and Logistics. You will ensure data-driven workforce decisions, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable sustainable business performance through robust processes and insights.

In this role you will bridge PPL with Group P&C and the CoE network, driving governance, adoption of global processes, and effective cross-country

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People & Culture or related fields, preferably with global experience.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in global matrix organizations with process and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent and succession agenda, developing leadership pipelines and development planning for critical roles.
• Transform people data into actionable insights; ensure data quality and governance; support SAP MySuccess and Power BI usage.
• Lead and harmonize global P&C processes, translate business needs into scalable solutions, drive automation and process effectiveness.
• Coordinate global implementation across countries and business units.
• Facilitate Process Manager and CoE networks; provide validated reporting and performance insights to PPL Management.
• Build strong relationships across PPL, Group P&C, CoEs, HRBPs and local organizations; promote data-driven decision-making.
