Job summary

Scania is seeking a Global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management Manager to lead the PPL data strategy and governance, turning people data into strategic insights. You will shape talent pipelines, succession planning and leadership development across global operations, collaborating with Group P&C, CoEs and local units.

You will drive SAP MySuccess and Power BI adoption, oversee data quality, and harmonize processes across production, procurement and logistics while promoting data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People & Culture, Talent Management, People Analytics or HR Data Management.
• University degree in HR, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proven global experience in complex matrix organizations with process and system implementation.
• Experience in learning & development, performance and succession governance, reporting and user adoption.
• Strong project management experience delivering global cross-functional P&C initiatives.
• Experience leading P&C processes and driving automation (Power Automate) and continuous improvement.
• Background in HR systems and people analytics, preferably SAP SuccessFactors/MySuccess and Power BI.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning and strategic workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders, CoEs and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPL’s global talent and succession agenda, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and development planning for critical roles.
• Transform people data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and governance, and support SAP MySuccess and Power BI usage.
• Lead and harmonize global P&C processes, translate needs into scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement across PPL.
• Coordinate global implementation across countries and business units.
• Facilitate Process Manager and CoE networks, delivering validated reporting and performance insights to PPL Management.
• Build strong relationships across PPL, Group P&C, CoEs and local organizations to promote data-driven decisions.
