Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information management, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with HR data, people analytics, data governance, reporting, or BI.
• Strong data management principles knowledge: governance, stewardship, quality, ownership, accessibility.
• Experience supporting stakeholders in adopting data-driven ways of working and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data and processes into practical guidance.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into analytics and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote adoption of global People & Culture processes and data standards across divisions.
• Train business users and HR partners in data analytics tools and self-service reporting.
• Monitor data quality and drive corrective actions with data management teams.
• Enable self-service through trusted HR data, dashboards, and insights products.
• Identify analytics opportunities to improve workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with process owners, HR control, data management, and analytics teams.
• Support resolution of process/data/reporting issues via governance channels.
