Job summary

Lyten is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in Sweden. You will manage administrative aspects of recruitment, coordinate complex interviews, run reference checks, manage offers and background checks, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling.

The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, and driving improvements in recruiting and onboarding processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Min 2 years of experience with interview coordination in an HRIS.
• Min 2 years of experience working with hiring managers and different departments to set up interviews.
• Deep excel know-how with the ability to build excel files with connections.
• In practice experience working in Workday as recruitment tool (scheduling interviews, moving candidates through WD etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English, also Swedish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex candidate interviews with the recruiting team and hiring managers.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, including onsite interviews and scheduling.
• Coordinate and conduct reference checks by phone and email with candidate consent.
• Manage the offer process: validating details, approvals, sending offers, tracking dates.
• Oversee background checks in line with GDPR and Swedish data protection requirements.
• Support pre-hire background checks while limiting data collected to job relevance.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS/HRIS (Workday) and career pages in GDPR-compliant ways.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements in recruiting and onboarding.
• Coordinate LMS activities related to onboarding, including training assignments and tracking.
• Build tracking tools in Excel and keep sheets updated.
• Drive recruiting projects, employer branding, sourcing blitzes, and talent outreach/events.
