Lyten is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role supports the recruiting process, ensuring an efficient candidate experience and smooth coordination with hiring managers across multiple steps.

The role emphasizes GDPR compliance, accurate data handling in Workday, and driving continuous improvements in recruitment and onboarding practices within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR/interview coordination.
• 2+ years coordinating interviews in an HRIS and with multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to manage complex candidate interviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for a strong candidate experience during the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and conduct reference checks by phone and email with candidate consent.
• Manage the offer process including validations, approvals, and sending offers.
• Oversee background checks per GDPR and Swedish data protection rules and track completion.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS/HRIS (Workday) and career pages, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Identify and drive process improvements in recruiting and onboarding.
• Coordinate LMS onboarding activities and training module tracking.
• Build tracking tools in Excel and keep sheets updated.
• Lead recruiting projects, employer branding, sourcing blitzes, and talent outreach.
