Job summary

Lyten is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own and optimize the contingent workforce program across internal stakeholders and external agencies. You will drive day-to-day operations, governance, and reporting while ensuring compliance and process improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder communication as Lyten scales its engineering and manufacturing teams globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in contingent workforce or MSP/VMS program management.
• Experience coordinating programs, suppliers, or multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the staffing agency program day-to-day; be the main contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing and recruitment agencies through direct contact.
• Manage agency communications, meetings, and updates; ensure timely information flow.
• Define and track SLAs/KPIs; prepare dashboards and lead regular business reviews.
• Administer onboarding, invoicing coordination, and documentation; support change management and trainings.
