Job summary

Nynas seeks a Global Supply Planner to own the end-to-end global supply planning, aligning product availability with demand forecasts and cost objectives. You will coordinate shipments, plan freight and depot services, and anticipate supply risks across a worldwide network.

You will contribute insights to production and commercial decisions, challenge current methods, and lead improvement projects. Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in supply chain management.
• University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to challenge established approaches while building trust and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise global supply planning, aligning product availability with demand forecasts and cost objectives.
• Coordinate international shipments to hubs, depot network and external customers.
• Plan and purchase freight, inspection and depot services, and coordinate call-offs from external suppliers.
• Anticipate supply challenges and develop scenario-based recommendations.
• Influence planning decisions with insights into supply, demand and inventories.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimise logistics and reduce cost to serve.
