Job summary

NKT is seeking a Demand Planning Expert to optimize forecasting, production planning and inventory in a global manufacturing environment. You will lead data-based planning decisions, coordinate SIOP activities, and drive continuous improvement across demand and production planning.

Based in Alingsås, you will collaborate with purchasing, sales, logistics and production. Strong SAP experience and fluency in Swedish and English are essential as is a proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with

Qualifications

• University degree in SCM, Business Development, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in planning roles.
• Experience coordinating IBP and/or SIOP processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts.
• Coordinate and facilitate SIOP activities and planning reviews.
• Perform inventory, capacity and planning analysis.
• Support production planners with scheduling and SAP planning processes.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards and planning documentation.
