Job summary

SWEED Beauty, based in Stockholm, seeks a fast, hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to keep products moving from producers to warehouses in Sweden and the USA. The role is centered in our Stockholm office, reporting to the Head of Business Operations, with daily planning, orders, freight and inventory duties.

You will work closely with our team and an AI assistant to maintain schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and keep information accurate.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or purchasing administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers; proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and delivery plans and flag delays early.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders, delivery dates and quantities.
• Coordinate daily with warehouses in Sweden and the USA and check receipts.
• Monitor stock levels and support product availability while managing inventory.
• Compare freight quotes and track shipments to warehouse receipt.
• Keep product and inventory data accurate; align launch timelines with teams.
