SWEED Beauty, based in Stockholm, seeks a fast, hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to keep products moving from producers to warehouses in Sweden and the USA. The role is centered in our Stockholm office, reporting to the Head of Business Operations, with daily planning, orders, freight and inventory duties.

You will work closely with our team and an AI assistant to maintain schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and keep information accurate.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers; proactive communication.

• Maintain production and delivery plans and flag delays early.

Supply Chain Coordinator

SWEED Beauty | Stockholm office | Permanent position

SWEED Beauty is looking for a fast, hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to keep products moving from our producers to our warehouses in Sweden and the USA.

Based at our Stockholm office and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you’ll coordinate daily planning, orders, freight and inventory. You’ll work closely with our team and an AI assistant to keep information accurate, follow up proactively and ensure schedules and delivery timelines are met.

What you’ll do

• Maintain production and delivery plans, follow up with producers and flag delays early.
• Prepare purchase orders for approval and follow up approved orders, quantities and delivery dates.
• Manage daily communication with our warehouses in Sweden and the USA, coordinate incoming deliveries, check receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages and excess inventory, and support product availability while keeping inventory investment under control.
• Compare freight quotes, coordinate approved shipments and shipping documents, and track deliveries through to warehouse receipt.
• Keep product and inventory data accurate, and coordinate launch timelines with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.

What you’ll bring

Practical experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or purchasing administration. You’re quick, organised and meticulous, comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers, and persistent about following things through. You communicate clearly, raise issues early and enjoy using AI tools while checking their outputs.
