LISA YANG is a Stockholm fashion house seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inbound operations, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliant data. You will coordinate POs in the ERP, work with suppliers and warehouses, and drive improvements using Excel, NetSuite, and AI tools.

The role is based at LISA YANG’s Stockholm HQ with an immediate start, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. 3+ years in fashion logistics and a degree in a relevant field are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply chain or logistics at an international fashion company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a small founder-led business.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Detail oriented with ownership over work and data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system
• Ensure purchase orders are accurate and aligned with production and delivery plans
• Communicate purchase order updates with relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules
• Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehouses
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Support cost‑efficient inbound transportation and delivery planning
• Ensure commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation are complete and accurate
• Coordinate import documentation with suppliers, freight forwarders and receiving warehouses
• Maintain accurate HS classifications in the ERP system
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with company and customs requirements
• Ensure ASNs are accurate and sent on time to support warehouse receiving
• Resolve inbound discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse teams
• Support invoice verification for inbound logistics services
• Monitor inventory accuracy, turnover and slow‑moving stock and report to stakeholders
• Maintain item master data and purchase order information in the ERP system
• Register inbound deliveries and shipment information
• Ensure data accuracy across all supply chain transactions
• Step in to support team during busy periods or planned time off
• Support continuous improvements to supply chain processes and ERP workflows

LISA YANG is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating inbound supply chain operations to ensure that products are delivered accurately, on time and in compliance with company requirements. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient inbound operations and ensuring high-quality data and documentation throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system
• Ensure purchase orders are accurate and aligned with production and delivery plans
• Communicate purchase order updates with relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules
• Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehouses
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Support cost‑efficient inbound transportation and delivery planning
• Ensure commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation are complete and accurate
• Coordinate import documentation with suppliers, freight forwarders and receiving warehouses
• Maintain accurate Harmonised System (HS) classifications in the ERP system
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with company and customs requirements
• Ensure Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) are accurate and sent on time to support warehouse receiving
• Resolve inbound discrepancies together with suppliers and warehouse teams
• Support invoice verification for inbound logistics services
• Monitor inventory accuracy, turnover and slow‑moving stock and communicate reports to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain item master data and purchase order information in the ERP system
• Register inbound deliveries and shipment information
• Ensure data accuracy across all supply chain transactions
• Step in to support team members and keep operations running smoothly during busy periods or planned time off.
• Support continuous improvements to supply chain processes and ERP workflows

About You

• 3+ years’ experience from working in supply chain or logistics at an international fashion company
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent field of study in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade.
• A team player who thrives in a small, founder‑led business with a close team
• Strong time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Solution‑oriented and a natural problem solver
• Highly accountable and thorough, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience working with ERP systems, NetSuite is considered an advantage
• Great knowledge of Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Drive, plus a real interest in using AI, automation, and tech tools to cut down on manual work and make supply chain workflows more streamlined.
