The role provides strategic and operational support to the EAI leadership, linking strategy, performance, finance and delivery while managing priorities, risks and dependencies with rigor.

Qualifications

• We are looking for experience in Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, portfolio management or a similar role.
• Experience delivering a comparable role or operating model is particularly relevant.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, global and matrixed organization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating EAI Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, invitations, papers, decisions and action tracking.
• Supporting MTP, OKR and strategic planning, ensuring priorities, milestones and outcomes are clearly defined.
• Managing project and portfolio information, providing visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and resource pressures.
• Preparing senior-level reports, presentations and briefing materials using clear analysis and reliable data.
• Leading or supporting FinOps, RBU data, budgeting, forecasting and business reporting.
