You will drive cross‑functional finance projects, safeguarding accuracy and accelerating value across Sweden Finance and the Swedish Hub.

Placed in Stockholm, Södertälje, or Gothenburg, the role partners with Global Finance and third‑party providers to deliver compliant, future‑proof processes and measurable improvements in cycle time

Qualifications

• 7+ years of qualified finance experience in global environments.
• Strong IFRS and Swedish GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent Swedish and English interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and data fluency.
• Demonstrated leadership in value delivery and project execution.
• Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring policies, standards, or SOPs.
• Track record in finance transformation and operational improvement.
• Evidence of driving innovation and automation with measurable business impact.
• Problem-solving approach, analytical rigor, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance projects across Sweden Finance with measurable outcomes.
• Own and develop business areas within Sweden Finance with governance.
• Support global strategic finance programs (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Build trusted relationships across Global Finance and with outsourced partners.
• Lead financial modernization and central initiatives as the Sweden process expert.
• Identify and implement simplification opportunities and regulatory changes.
• Provide IFRS and Swedish GAAP advisory to business.
• Participate in month-end close and ensure accurate group consolidation.
