Job summary

Seco Tools AB, based in Europe, seeks a senior logistics leader to shape the global logistics performance framework across cost, service, and CO2 targets. You will act as a strategic partner, presenting cases and trade-offs to steer priorities without direct line authority, influencing Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital teams.

You will own governance, drive portfolio sequencing, and translate insights into long-term roadmaps while supporting sustainable development and cost

Qualifications

• Experience owning or influencing logistics performance across a regional or global network.
• Track record delivering measurable results via business cases and trade-off analyses.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the logistics performance system with cost, service, and CO2 metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive logistics priorities with a focused portfolio of initiatives and clear sequencing.
• Build and present business cases, scenarios, and recommendations on cost and sustainability improvements.
• Lead governance activities such as performance reviews, QBRs, and executive discussions.
• Steer priorities across Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital with evidence-based framing.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable long-term roadmaps.
• Own the logistics CO2 agenda including baseline, targets, and tracking.
