Job summary

Quintus Technologies AB seeks a Business Excellence Manager to drive end-to-end process management, governance and cross-functional improvements. The role focuses on scalable, product-oriented operating models to support international growth and efficiency.

The successful candidate will map and own end-to-end processes, define KPIs, and implement governance routines to enable continuous improvement while coordinating with Eng, Ops, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Structured and pragmatic professional with a track record in process management and cross-functional improvement.
• Experience in end-to-end process management, mapping, standardization, ownership, KPI definition, governance and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic improvement or transformation projects in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Business Improvement roadmap aligned with growth and productification.
• Develop the process-management framework including mapping, ownership, decision rights, performance measures and governance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives linked to standardization and modularization, translating opportunities into actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Technology to remove bottlenecks and translate improvements into outcomes.
• Strengthen transparency through KPIs, follow-up and clear progress reporting of value, risks and dependencies.
• Support governance of the strategic project and improvement portfolio with prioritization and resource planning.
