Job summary

IN Groupe is seeking an experienced operations professional to strengthen the Personalization Center’s performance and long-term development. You will oversee end-to-end operations, from onboarding through production readiness, ensuring reliability, efficiency and scalable delivery across a cross-functional organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, production management, supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in operations, production engineering or manufacturing with process improvement responsibilities.
• Ability to drive improvement initiatives from analysis to implementation with measurable results.
• Experience using operational data and KPIs to support planning and decision-making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and secure cooperation across teams.
• Structured, pragmatic approach balancing immediate delivery with longer-term development.
• Fluent Swedish and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end view of the Personalization Center from onboarding to production readiness and delivery.
• Improve operational reliability, efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Head of Production and teams across Product, IT, Supply Chain, Quality and Sales to prioritise and drive improvements.
• Assess operational implications of new customer requirements and resolve process challenges with production teams.
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives with technical teams.
• Strengthen inventory planning, stock accuracy and material availability with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Develop supplier relationships and support contract management with Group Purchasing.
• Share knowledge, reduce dependencies on individuals, and support business continuity.
