Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Global People Analytics and HR AI Specialist to join its People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning function. The role focuses on analysis, coordination and enabling HR to explore, evaluate and adopt AI and automation in a responsible, value-creating manner.

You will work with HR colleagues across the organization in a hybrid office setting in Lund, contributing to training, data strategy and practical analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in HR with analytics, business intelligence and technology.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Interest in making AI practically work in HR and translating business questions into analyses.
• Strong analytical mindset and practical data experience.
• Ability to translate business questions into meaningful analytical questions and challenge interpretations.
• Understanding or interest in responsible technology use and data privacy.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to create practical impact.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support HR colleagues in using data and analytics to answer business questions.
• Support the establishment and coordination of an HR AI CoE and share best practices.
• Maintain and coordinate employee survey processes and Glint platform.
• Coordinate data requests for annual and sustainability reporting and ad hoc decision support.
• Contribute to team-based deliveries as the function evolves.
