Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a results-oriented Product Owner for HR to join a global team and drive yearly processes and continuous product improvements. You will maximize business value by prioritizing needs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring adoption, performance, stability, and ongoing improvement of digital HR solutions such as Workday and Docebo.

The role is a parental cover assignment within the DA & GF VS Value Stream, preferably based in Lund or Krakow, with the hiring manager in Stockholm and

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven experience in a similar role with strong project management responsibilities.
• Experience working with Workday.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently and drive outcomes aligned with business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills, bridging business and IT.
• Strong analytical skills to assess current digital solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to different audiences.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong project management skills in an Agile context to deliver yearly processes and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Security—to deliver scalable solutions that drive process efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
• Manage stakeholders and gather requirements, bridging the gap between business and IT.
• Support business teams in operationalizing data governance and quality processes.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.
• Define and track value realization through KPIs and benefits, ensuring measurable outcomes such as cost reductions, efficiency gains, and working capital improvements.
