Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Product Owner for HR to drive yearly HR processes and continuous product improvements across Workday, Docebo, and other Talent Acquisition tools.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix setup, define priorities, and ensure adoption, performance, and security of digital HR solutions. This role is a parental cover in a hybrid, global context with Lund/Krakow emphasis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Owner or similar role with project management responsibilities
• Experience with Workday
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication and fluency in English
• Experience in hybrid, international matrix organizations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Apply strong project management skills in an Agile context to deliver yearly processes and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Security—to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and gather requirements, bridging the gap between business and IT.
• Define and track value realization through KPIs and benefits, ensuring measurable outcomes.
