Job description

Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

Packaging might look simple from the outside. Behind every bottle, can and wrapper, sits a lot of detail: materials, design, technical performance, recyclability assessments, new sustainability regulations, data and documentation. Getting all of it right takes structure and care.

As our new Packaging & Data Coordinator, you will help us do exactly that. This is an entry-level role for someone who likes structure, gets along unusually well with data and wants to build expertise at the intersection of packaging, sustainability and product development.

About the role

You will support our Sustainability & Packaging Lead and work across two closely connected areas: keeping our packaging and sustainability data accurate and useful, and coordinating packaging engineering initiatives as requirements, materials and regulations evolve.

A big part of the role is making sure our packaging and sustainability data is accurate, up to date and useful across the organisation. Working closely with external and internal teams, you will support sustainability reporting and, over time, take part in packaging projects: future-proofing packaging for circularity and legislation, optimising designs and materials, and developing packaging for new products and new formats.

You do not need to be a packaging or sustainability expert from day one. What matters is that you bring technical curiosity, a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail.

In short, your responsibilities will be:
  • Collect, validate and prepare packaging and sustainability data, including information on materials, energy use and ingredients.

  • Maintain packaging master data and specifications in our product information management system, from setting up new packaging to keeping existing information accurate as products change.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, Master Data, BI and other internal teams to ensure packaging data is complete, correct and accessible.

  • Support packaging initiatives, from future-proofing for circularity and legislation such as PPWR, to optimising and developing formats.

  • Assist with packaging construction and dielines, using basic CAD and material knowledge where relevant.

  • Perform and document packaging testing.

  • Help continuously improve the quality and structure of packaging and sustainability data.

Who are you

You are someone who notices when a number looks wrong, a specification is missing or two data sources do not quite add up. Structure comes naturally to you, but you are also curious about what sits behind the spreadsheet – the materials, packaging designs and sustainability requirements the data represents.

You are comfortable taking responsibility for detailed work independently while coordinating with people across different teams. Previous packaging experience is useful, but your ability to learn, stay accurate and build technical understanding matters more.

Essential skills to succeed
  • University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, sustainability or business administration.

  • Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

  • Comfortable working with data management and administration, such as master data, specifications, system registration and reporting.

  • Technical mindset and an interest in packaging, materials and sustainability.

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Able to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams.

Experience or knowledge within packaging and materials, sustainable product design, sustainability reporting, master data management or CAD and construction is a plus. Swedish is also an advantage.
