Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Communications Coordinator to lead coordination and publishing of digital content across our websites, campaigns and product pages. You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal and international markets to ensure accuracy before it reaches consumers.

You are organized, detail oriented and proactive, with strong Swedish and English communication.

Qualifications

Experience with digital content, CMS or e-commerce platforms and MS Office 365.
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns or cross‑functional initiatives.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Professional communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience from an international organisation, FMCG or fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Managing and publishing digital content across websites, campaign pages and news.
Coordinating product launches, campaigns and competitions with Marketing and E-commerce.
Quality assuring content to align with brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
Serving as a central point of contact for requests and supporting international markets.
Maintaining product information and FAQs and improving content flows and processes.
